End of year recs!

* I watched The Favourite and really enjoyed it! It's definitely a strange movie, and unless you're looking at it as a dark comedy I doubt you'll enjoy it, lol. But if you really wanted to see highly flawed, often outright awful women engage in all manner of incredibly impure and unwholesome dominance plays and age-difference seductions, this is your movie. (Because really, there is always a lack of genuinely screwed up femslash out there.)
* I enjoyed this article - In 2018, TV increasingly asked how to be good. It's a trend I noticed too (the article doesn't even bring up Bojack Horseman as well) and it's one that has been resonating a lot with me. So much so that it's kind of a major theme of my Mega Fic that still is not finished, sigh... Also since way too few people are watching Crazy Ex-Girlfriend I can confirm the section on it is remarkably unspoilery so feel free to read!

iconthat over here! I've never really seriously made icons - just played around with paint.net a bit back when LJ was still big - so I really don't know what I'm doing lol but I'd like to make more!
* Please check outjeevesandwooster, a brand new comm! I'm not hugely in that fandom - I read one of the books last year and I've read some delightful fic but that's all, I haven't even seen any of the tv series - but Wodehouse fanworks are always great so I hope it does well! :)

snowflakechallenge is starting tomorrow, and this year I very much intend to see it entirely through!!
And that's me for the year I guess! It's a quiet New Year's even by our usual standards - it's not even 11pm yet and I'm already ready for bed n.n;; But oh well. I'm just staying up for the fireworks! :P
